Happy Halloween!

Halloween was fun. We hit the neighborhood with our friends, Greg and June, and their kids. I've never seen this much candy in my life. Torrey figured out how to double dip at each house. She'd line up on the left of the group of kids, get her candy and then quickly move to the far right and get it again. Jake busted her at one house and she quit cheating. I had to remind Jake that we don't rat out our siblings on Halloween. Especially when these were houses that were giving out full-sized candy bars! Needless to say, my wife has a nice collection of chocolate in the freezer that they'll never see.

Each of our kids complained of stomach aches before bed.

Torrey looked like she should be juggling fire batons on Pearl Street.

Zach was dressed like a ladybug. Somehow, he ended up with the M-16. He would go up to a house and say "Trick or treat! I'm going to kill you! I want that one!" and point to the candy bowl. Not sure where he learned all of this, but I blame the public school system. Or the Democrats. Either way, you didn't want to mess with Rambo Ladybug.
